Shipping:
All orders placed are sent out as soon as we possibly can.
Shipments made via UPS and/or USPS are typically sent out within 1-2 business days. Occasional delays do happen due to product availability and staffing. Items are shipped to the address submitted. Kruse Feed & Supply is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses deemed to be the fault of the purchaser and no refund will be given on shipping charges for errors of this nature.
Local and Stable Shipments are made using our own trucks. We have set delivery days that we deliver to certain areas. These set days may change due to weather conditions or staffing issues. If you are concerned with the delivery date for your delivery, please contact us at (562)690-6998. Deliveries that require additional handling (stairs, hills or handcart needed) will be assessed an additional fee: $5.00 extra for stairs and/or $5.00 extra for Handcart needed, excessive uphill or downhill. This fee is at the discretion of Kruse Feed & Supply drivers and staff. Deliveries requiring a "small truck only" may be assessed an additional fee to complete the delivery. See store for details.
Payments:
Payments made to Kruse Feed & Supply for orders placed on this site are processed at time the order is placed. Orders placed over the phone or by email will be processed the day before the delivery goes out. Refunds to credit cards can take up to 5 business days. This is due to the processor and not Kruse Feed & Supply. We have no way of speeding that process up.
